Wow!!! How nice it feels to get to sleep in your own bed. This past weekend James, Connor, and I set off for a road trip back to Lubbock. We left Thursday @ 7:30 pm (so connonr would sleep all the way). We got about 30 minutes down the road and someone in the car forgot thier bridesmaid dress!!! hummmmmm...okay it was me (sorry James). So, we turned around and headed back to the house. We left for the second time at 9:00 arriving in Lubbock at 3am (sorry James). We had so much fun seeing all of our family, the wedding was beautiful, and I'm so excited to have Kristi apart of our lives!!! We love you Kristi (and John). Hope your having fun!!!
Connor got to spend some great quality time with his Uncle Bubba (Eric). Connor recieved a Radio Flyer car for Bubba and they had a blast playing in it.
Needless to say Connor and I decided to fly home on Sunday, while Dad drove the car home. We were so thankful to cut a 6 hour drive into a 55 minute flight.
We had a great time, but getting Connor back on his schedule WILL BE WONDERFUL!!!! We love all of you. Pictures of our handsome 1 year old in his tuxedo will be coming soon.
